Eligibility & Transferability

Eligible Purchasers: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser or authorized charity/organization receiving the device directly from us or an authorized distributor; proof of purchase is required.

Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to second-hand buyers, resellers, or end-users who receive the device through donation or redistribution.

Charity Deployment Exception: For tablets deployed through verified charitable programs, warranty coverage may be transferred to the deploying organization upon written confirmation; contact support for registration.

What Voids the Warranty

Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications: Opening the device, using non-approved parts, or repairs by unauthorized technicians voids the warranty.

Software Tampering: Rooting, jailbreaking, or installing unauthorized firmware/OS versions voids the warranty.

Commercial/Abuse Environments: Use in extreme temperatures (>40°C/<0°C), high humidity (>90%), dust-heavy areas, or for mining/crypto purposes voids coverage.

Serial Number Tampering: Removal, alteration, or defacement of the serial number or IMEI voids the warranty.

Service Options & Logistics

Repair vs. Replace: We reserve the right to repair, replace with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better specs, or issue a prorated refund.

Advance Replacement (Optional): For charity deployments with >50 units, advance replacement units may be shipped upon request (subject to stock and deposit).

Data Responsibility: Back up all data before return; we are not responsible for data loss during repair/replacement.

Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping to our facility is not provided label; outbound shipping of repaired/replaced unit is covered by us.

Exclusions (Detailed)

Consumables & Accessories: Batteries (after 6 months/500 cycles), chargers, cables, cases, and screen protectors are excluded unless defective on arrival.

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or discolouration that do not affect functionality are not covered.

Liquid Damage: Any exposure to liquids (even with IP rating) voids the warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Force Majeure: Damage from war, terrorism, natural disasters, or power surges is excluded.

Limitations of Liability

Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost data, downtime, or program disruption).

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the device.

Warranty Activation & Registration

Auto-Activation: Warranty starts automatically on the date of shipment or activation (whichever is earlier).

Dispute Resolution

ODR Platform (EU): EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR Europe).
